You agree to use JOS only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this platform by anyone else.

You must not misrepresent your identity when applying to be a podcast guest, submitting a job application, or contacting us.

3. Content Ownership

All content on JOS — including videos, articles, podcast episodes, animations, and branding — is owned by JOS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

4. User Submissions

When you submit content to us — such as a guest application, job application, or contact message — you grant JOS a non-exclusive right to use that content solely for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your submission.

5. Payments and Donations

Payments made through our platform, including crowdfunding donations and digital store purchases, are processed securely by Paystack. All sales and donations are final unless otherwise stated at the point of transaction.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
